" Wake up Pato ! " shouted to me Cote." Peter is dead." she said, with tears streaming down her cheeks.
After almost two hours of moaning and crying we started planning what to do. First of all, Jose was given wound care by Romina.He was seriously damaged but the quick help from Romina saved his life. After that we sat on the hot sand to discuss our plans. " And what about trying to cross over the river!" said Romina suddenly. " It's too dangerous, alligators won't let us pass. Why don't we make two groups; Pato and I would go to the road and wait there for someone to help us, and you with Jose would go to explore the forest heading towards the smoke that comes from there.If it were a campsite we are saved. But maybe it's a forest fire, you must me very careful" said Cote. "If after two days we couldn't find any help in the road we'll come back to the crash site. Same thing with both of you in the forest." said Cote with her eyes glistening in the moonlight.

Very creative Pato! It almost sounds like the start of a novel rather than a diary entry which is fine. I love the last line!
A couple of points:
Jose was given first aid instead of "Jose was given wound care".
He was seriously injured rather than "He was seriously damaged".
the smoke that is coming from there instead of "the smoke that comes from there".
If it is a campsite instead of "If it were a campsite we are saved".
